Steam Cleaning: Steam cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and fabric surfaces to remove dirt, stains, and bacteria. Shampooing: Deep shampooing of carpets, floor mats, and fabric seats for stain and odor removal. Leather Cleaning & Conditioning: Gentle cleaning of leather surfaces to remove dirt and oils. Conditioning to restore suppleness and prevent cracking. Plastic, Vinyl & Trim Detailing: Cleaning and dressing of all interior plastic and vinyl surfaces (dashboard, door panels, etc.). UV protectant applied to maintain color and prevent fading. Stain and Spot Removal: Treatment for difficult stains on fabric, carpet, and other surfaces. Air Vent Cleaning: Dust and debris removal from air vents to improve air quality and aesthetics. Glass and Mirror Cleaning: Streak-free cleaning of all interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Odor Elimination: Application of an odor neutralizer or ozone treatment to remove smoke, pet, or other persistent odors. Seatbelt Cleaning: Gentle cleaning of seatbelts to remove dirt and grime. Cupholder and Crevice Cleaning: Meticulous cleaning of cupholders, storage compartments, and tight spaces. Pet Hair Removal: (EXTRA CHARGE) Specialized techniques to remove embedded pet hair from seats, carpets, and crevices. Interior Sanitization: Disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, steering wheel, and controls. Optional Add-Ons: Fabric protection coating. Appointment Scheduling: All appointments for detailing packages must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team. We recommend booking appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability however we will try to get everyone in even with shorter notice. 2. Confirmation and Reminder Notifications: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing the details of your appointment. Additionally, you will receive a reminder notification 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure you don't miss your booking. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 4. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays in your arrival time. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time, subject to availability. 5. No-show Policy: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in a no-show fee charged to the credit/debit card on file. 6.
