Cancellation Policy
✅ Prime Time Detail Pros — Booking Policy 1️⃣ Appointments: All services are by appointment only. Please book online or contact us directly to secure your slot. Same-day requests are subject to availability. 2️⃣ Confirmations: Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email or text from us. We may reach out to adjust your time slightly for optimal routing. 3️⃣ Arrival Window: As a mobile service, our arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unexpected delays. Please allow a 60-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled time. 4️⃣ Access & Preparation: Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed before your appointment. For best results, park in a safe, well-lit area with enough space to work. 5️⃣ Additional Charges: All prices are based on standard vehicle condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stubborn stains, excessive sand, heavily soiled interiors, or other conditions requiring extra time and labor. Your detailer will confirm any adjustments before starting work. 6️⃣ Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee. 7️⃣ Payments: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, or digital payment methods. 8️⃣ Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent safe detailing, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at the earliest convenience. 9️⃣ Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority.
